CORRECTING A SHOULDER IMBALANCE FROM A CHRONIC INJURY

Watch the shoulder blades closely (the flat bones that move around across the top of the back on either side)

This client has had a shoulder injury, thus the one side is much stronger than the other.

To correct this imbalance, what she needs to do now, is knock back the intensity to the best strength of the weaker shoulder, and work at this level, rather than the stronger shoulder 'carrying' the weaker shoulder to a higher level. As the weaker shoulder strengthens, increase the intensity until full strength is regained and the shoulders match.

Please be patient as this can take a long time!

This is a chronic injury (from a long time ago ) as opposed to an acute injury (new)

If you have any questions, you can always PM me xx
