A Brilliant Back strengthener!

I was asked to do a video for somebody who has had a back injury and is now rehabilitating.


As always with Pilates there are many levels. Always start at the basic level.


One reason is to switch on the muscles you’ll be using to prepare them for the exercise, and then the second reason is so that you don’t go a bit gung-ho and hurt yourself, but you build up through the levels.
