Balance. Use it or lose it - and watch me put my pants on!


People - Mainly men, I have to admit - often say 'I can't do Pilates, I'm not bendy enough'

Pilates has many benefits, and yes, one of them is to IMPROVE your flexibility and mobility, but that's not all of it!

Another great advantage is to help you and remind you to work on your balance, so you don't become one of the terrible statistics of breaking your hip falling over - just because you forgot how to balance.
