Dodgy knee?

If you've had a knee injury or even an operation and your physiotherapist has given you the go-ahead to exercise - do this

Do it frequently!

If you have knee issues, the best thing to do is strengthen all the muscles and ligaments in and around the knee, which will take the pressure off the joint and share it around.
