If you're a skier or snowboarder or just love HIIT, this is an advanced workout for you. Seriously though, if you have any back issues. Don't do it. if you have been told by a doctor or other medical professional, not to exercise. Don't do it! It's horrid - in a good way if you know what I mean! My camera failed - not once but twice! I was pooped byt the third shot! LOL
