Have you been suffering with a bad back? You've seen your physiotherapist, but did you do the exercises? See your physio exercises as a perscription. If you had been given tablets, you'd have taken them to the end of the course. Do the same with your physiotherapy exercises!
Now - moving forward - a brilliant exercise to keep that back strong, or strengthen it up. Do this frequently. Once a week for a week ain' going to fix you!
