We have gazillions of neural pathways running from our muscles to our brains that micromanage every muscle millions of times per second.
If we don't use them, these neural pathways shut down.
BUT. We can reopen them - if we practice
HOW?
Stand on one leg whilst cleaning your teeth
Stand up when pulling your knickers on
Stand in the shower to shave your legs
Stand up to pull your socks on
WHEN?
Every time!
All these incidents can add up to practicing many times a day
