So I have a lot of clientss who are perhaps a little bit older, or recovering from injury and illness, (especially in these worrying times of Covid -19), and couldn't cope with a free standing exercise routine.
Don't worry - here's one for you. It's just 25 minutes and can be performed every day - or even twice a day!
This routine could also be performed on a stability ball, if you can hold your balance whilst working on the standing postures and balances . enjoy xx
