Quick Stability ball work out

I love the stability ball

If you're injured or rehabilitating, the ball can support the body to help you continue exercising whilst protecting yourself. However, if you're feeling strong and fit - oh boy can it make those same exercises bloody hard! LOL

Here's a quick and effective 15 minute workout. Don't forget to warm up and cool down. xxx
